New World is located along the beautiful Mae Ramphueng beach. Nice multi-storey house with 156 residential units spread over 28 floors. From the balconies of almost all units you have a wonderful view over the sea and along the beautiful coastline. Lovely pool and a small green area just outside the building. 24 hour/day guard.

Very nice and tastefully decorated reception which, among other services, offers laundry and maid service. The location of the New World Condominium is attractive and perfect for both short and long term living.

Pinery Park.

Pinery Park was built in the mid 90’s and consists of several different types of houses, both semi-detached and detached villas. Many of the houses have undergone extensive renovations in recent years. In the area you will find a restaurant and a small service shop. There are several permanent residents from many different countries at Pinery Park which make the area alive all year long. A large private pool is available in the middle of the area.

The location is absolutely perfect right at Suan Son Beach which offers plenty of restaurants, 7-eleven and even a Big C Mini store at the entrance of the project. You quickly and easily take the short trip into the central Ban Phe by bike, motorcycle or local bus.

In the area you will find swimming pool for adults and children alike and at the entrance you are welcomed by the nice guards.
