Very nice and tastefully decorated reception which, among other services, offers laundry and maid service. The location of the New World Condominium is attractive and perfect for both short and long term living.

Thailand Dream Village is a very well maintained and pleasant area consisting of four different “villages”. Each village has its own nice swimming pool and garden areas. In one village you will find restaurant, miniature golf and boule course. In the car free areas you will enjoy high standard and great service so you can relax completely. You can get help with laundry, cleaning and rentalservice.

Outside the areas you will find a couple of smaller shops, Swedish bakery and massage. The road to the beach is lightly trafficked and is great for walking and cycling .

Royal Rayong has a perfect location right next to the beautiful Mae Ramphueng beach. The condominiums, both spacious and well-planned, have unique large balconies. The Royal Rayong is a residential building that has really got a lift in recent years with all exteriors and communal areas are renovated. The area has 24 hour/day guard and a reception offering laundry and maid service. Between the building and the beach you will find a large and lovely pool area which is also renovated.

At the ground level under the pool, more and more businesses open, among others, two new restaurants. If you want to keep your body up to date there is a well-equipped gym and table tennis facilities. Free parking for condominium owners. Exterior corridors instead of indoor corridors is something appreciated by the residents of the house. The A/C units are placed off the balconies so they do not occupy that area with hot air and noise. Excellent for short or long term residents.
